     Cornelius married Mary Hendrickson, daughter of Hendrick Hendrickson and Neeltje Schenck.1 Cornelius Couwenhoven witnessed the death of Cornelius Couwenhoven on 10 October 18062 and was buried at Schenck-Couwenhoven Cemetery, Holmdel, Monmouth, New Jersey.2
