     Joseph and Sarah Lovejoy filed a marriage intention Intentions to marry were apparently filed at Souhegan West, now Amherst, N.H., and yet they did not appear to leave South Andover until 1749.2

     Joseph, married Sarah Lovejoy at age 23, daughter of Joseph Lovejoy and Sarah Pritchard, on 7 February 1710.2
