Rosilla W. Pratt, wife of Thomas Knowlton
     Rosilla W. Pratt, daughter of Noah Bicknell Pratt and Prudence Lavania Stedman, was born on 2 March 1842 at Foxcroft, Piscataquis, Maine.4,2

     Rosilla and Thomas Knowlton filed a marriage intention on 14 March 1864.5 Rosilla W. Pratt was also known as Rosilla W. Knowlton.3

     Rosilla W. Pratt died on 6 October 1918 at Dover, Piscataquis, Maine, at age 76. Her cause of death was listed as apoplexy. (Sudden impairment of neurological function, especially that resulting from a cerebral hemorrhage; a stroke.)2,6 and was buried at Dover Cemetery, Dover Foxcroft, Piscataquis, Maine.7

     Rosilla and Thomas appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Dover, Piscataquis, Maine, enumerated, 21 June 1900. Thomas was working in a shingle mill. Their daughter, Annie H., with her husband, Fred were listed as living with them. Rosilla's brother, Noah and his daughter, Myrtie A. were listed as living with them.10

     Rosilla and Thomas appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Dover, Piscataquis, Maine, enumerated 21 April 1910. Thomas owned his home and was working as common laborer. Their daughter, Annie H., and her husband, Fred were listed as living with them..11
