VIRGINIA NORKLUN

SEBASTIAN Virginia H. "Ginny" Norklun, 68, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, at Sebastian River Medical Center in Roseland. Mrs. Norklun was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She came to Sebastian three years ago. She was a former resident of Southold, Long Island, N.Y. and Simsbury, Conn. Mrs. Norklun was a director for the Girl Scouts of America. She did volunteer work at the Sebastian Library, and was part of the Library Homebound Service. Mrs. Norklun attended St. Sebastian Catholic Church. She was a member of AARP, where she was an instructor for the 55 Alive Club. She was also a member of the Sebastian Women's Club, Sebastian Art Club and belonged to a bridge club. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, John Norklun of Sebastian; sons, Michael Norklun of Goffstown, N. H., Matthew Norklun of East Hampton, Long Island, N.Y. and Mark Norklun of Plainville, Conn; daughters, Kathi Norklun of Kingston, N.Y. and Joann Norklun of Ithaca, N.Y; brother, Charles Hunter of Pottsdam, N.Y; sisters, Dorothy Goldsmith of South Hampton, Long Island, N.Y. and Susan McCrary of Washington; and two grandchildren. No calling hours or services are scheduled. Strunk Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.4
