Betsy D. (Wilkinson) Gibbs, second wife of Noah H. Pratt
     Betsey D. Wilkinson was born on 28 May 1830 at Buffalo, New York.1,2

     Betsey, at age 60, married Noah Hersey Pratt at age 57, son of Azel Pratt and Mary Hersey, on 22 May 1891 at Waukon, Allamakee, Iowa, This was a second marriage for both.1

     Betsey died at age 73, on 9 January 1904,3 and was buried at Oakland Cemetery, Waukon, Allamakee, Iowa.3

     Betsey and Noah appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Makee, Allamakee, Maine, enumerated, 16 June 1900. Noah was working as a house carpenter. His children Cornellia Estelle were listed as living with them.4
