     Alice and Leon appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Passadumkeag, Penobscot, Maine, enumerated 6 May 1940. Leon was doing road and lumber work. He owned his home, valued at $2000.00 Their children, Donald were listed as living with them. As an item of interest, a dollar in 1940 would equal $16.26 in the year 2012.
