FORT LEONARD WOOD MO (A1ITNC) - Army Pvt. Gordon L. Pratt, 24 whose wife, Lynn, lives on Frost St., Lincoln, Maine completed advanced training as a combat engineer at Fort Leonard Wood Mo.. July 7 During his eight weeks of training he received instruction in combat squad tactics use of infantry weapons and engineer reconnaissance. He also was trained in the techniques of road and bridge building camauflage and demolitlons. Pratt’s father, Lloyd W. Pratt lives in Medway, Maine.2 Completes Army Course

Gustavus died at age 75, on 4 June 1904,5 and was buried at Riverside Cemetery, South Paris, Oxford, Maine.5
