     According to the 1910 Federal Census for Dennysville, Harold, 10 and Verna Mabel Anthony, at age 10, lived next door. I'm sure as the years passed, they fell in love and married.5

     Harold, at age 18, married Verna Mabel Anthony at age 17, daughter of Harvey Anthony and Daisy "Surname Unknown", on 27 March 1918 at West Pembroke, Washington, Maine, by Walter H. Cass.6,7

     With no end in sight for World War I, the United States instituted it's third and final registration. It included all men who were between the ages of 18 and 21, and 31 to 45 years of age. This added younger men than the previous registrations, those who were born between September 12, 1897 and September 12, 1900; and added an older group of men, born between September 12, 1873 and September 12, 1888. Harold George Fenderson filled out a draft card, on 10 September 1918 Dennysville, Washington, Maine. He was described as tall, medium build, brown eyes, and black hair. At the time he was working as a teamster for Higgins Bros., in Dennysville, Maine.8

     Harold George Fenderson died at age 59, on 26 February 1959.3

Zora M. Whitney, daughter of Capt. Elisha and Louise Whitney
     Zora M. Whitney, daughter of Capt. Elisha D. Whitney and Louise H. Emerson, was born on 19 June 1868 at Maine.3,4,2 Zora M. Whitney was doing housework, nursing and caring for Louise H. Emerson(her Mom) during her last illness from 31 December 1918 to 5 May 1919 on 5 May 1919 at Maine; She died intestate leaving no widower.1,5

     Zora M. Whitney in consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration, bought a certain lot and parcel of land (containing seventy-five acres, more or less) with buildings thereon, situate in said Hampden on the Westerly side of the county road leading from Hampden Highlands to Winterport. to Capt. Walter L. Whitney and Ophelia Fortin on 30 September 1922. The deed was witnessed by an unknown person and proved.6

     Zora M. Whitney died at age 65, on 5 January 1934.4,7
