     Edward Davis purchased for five hundred dollars. A certain parcel of real estate situated in said Wellington, it being the North part of Lot number fifteen (15) and containing sixty acres more or less - - the same formerly occupied by Joseph Cook. February 7, 1855. on 21 October 1854 at Wellington, Piscataquis, Maine.11
