Oak-Emerson vows

Wendy Ellen Emerson, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur E. Emerson of Brewer was wed to Ricky Earl Oak on Sept 8, at the First Congregational Church of Brewer. Mr. and Mrs. Earl L. Oak of Eddington are parents of the bridegroom. A reception was held in the church hall. Honor attendants were, Susan Hart of Waterville and Stephen Russell of Eddington, Mr. and Mrs. Oak are graduates of Brewer High School. They make their home at Otis Air Force Base in Massachusetts where he is serving with the Coast Guard. The Rev. Raymond C. Phibbs officiated at the marriage.1,2
