MALCOLM A. PRATT

Malcolm A. Pratt, 78, of 5622 Hobson St. N.E., St. Petersburg, Fla., and formerly of Bangor, died in a Bangor hospital Sept. 23. Born in Dover-Foxcroft Dec. 23, 1893, he was the son of Leonard and Elizabeth (Lyford) Pratt. He was an Army veteran of World War I and had teen employed by Great Northern Paper Co., for many years in their Bangor office. He was a member of the Alien-dale Methodist Church in St. Peters burg, Fla. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Earl (Nancy) Bartlet Jr., of Hampden Highlands; one brother, J. Bertram Pratt of St. Petersburg, Fla; and two granddaughters. Funeral services will be held at Brookings-Smith F if n e r a Home, 133 Center St., Bangor Monday at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be in Bay Cemetery, Penobscot.2

     Marcellus and Isabelle appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Makee, Allamakee, Iowa, enumerated 2 June 1880. Marcelle was working as a carpenter. They also had Aurilla Israel, mother-in-law, in the home Their children, Clarance, Merceus and Ella were listed as living with them.6
