DOVER LETTER (Regular correspondence Whig and Courier) Mr. Noah B. Pratt, of Dover, died Monday night after a short illness. Mr. Pratt was about seventy-two years old and over thirty years ago entered the employ of the late Stephen P. Brown, dying in the service of his family. Uncle Noah has been a familiar figure on our streets for a long time and he will be greatly missed.12
