     Gertrude, at age 23, married George Thomas Blackwood at age 24, son of Benjamin Lufkin Blackwood and Ellen J. Pettengill, on 26 June 1901 at Andover, New Hampshire.1

     Gertrude died at age 65, on 12 September 1943,2 and was buried at Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord, Merrimack, New Hampshire.2
