     Hannah, at age 17, daughter of Daniel Smith Jr. and Hannah Cook, married Josiah Flagg Blackwood at age 22, son of James Blackwood Jr. and Susanna Cushing, on 24 March 1839 at Pembroke, Washington, Maine.1

     Hannah Smith died circa 18511 and was buried at Forest Hills Cemetery, Pembroke, Washington, Maine.4

     She was probably one of the two females age 5 to 10 listed in the household of her father, Daniel Smith Jr., in the 1830 Federal Census of Edmunds, Washington, Maine.5

     Hannah and Josiah appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Whitneyville, Washington, Maine, enumerated 5 September 1850. Josiah was listed working as a laborer. Their children, Martha A., Benjamin Lufkin, Corrilla, Elvira and Ira A. were listed as living with them.6
