     Hosea, at age 24, son of John Smith Jr. and Mary Hanmer, married Abigail Hersey at age 15, daughter of Zadock Hersey and Abigail Lewis, on 14 November 1791.1

     Hosea was The municipal history of Dennysville (Maine) divided into three periods — its organized plantation life, from 1800 to 1818, its existence as the town of Dennysville, from 1818 to 1832, and its history as Dennysville, separate from that portion of the original township which became the town of Pembroke, from 1832 until the present time. on 9 March 1801.3
