     David Cushing, son of Capt. Theophilus Cushing and Mary Jacob Thaxter, was born in December 1694 at Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts.1

     David, at age 23, son of Capt. Theophilus Cushing and Mary Jacob Thaxter, married Rachel Lewis at age 23, daughter of John Lewis and Hannah Lincoln, on 22 April 1718.2

     David died on 3 December 17233 and was buried at High Street Cemetery, Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts.3

     Frederick died on 23 July 1824 at Weymouth, Norfolk, Massachusetts, at age 95.4
