Lois A. Cushman, wife of William F. Schoppee
     Lois A. Cushman, daughter of Sullivan Cushman and Clarissa Tribon, was born on 11 November 1836 at Auburn, Androscoggin, Maine.1

     Lois, at age 28, daughter of Sullivan Cushman and Clarissa Tribon, married William Freeman Schoppe at age 46, son of John Shoppe and Elcie Weston, on 6 August 1865.2

     Lois died on 23 December 1920, at Beddington, Washington, Maine, at age 84. Her cause of death was listed as old age.3,1 She was buried at Beddington Cemetery, Beddington, Washington, Maine.4

     Lois and William appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Beddington, Washington, Maine, enumerated 10 August 1870. William was a farmer. His real estate valued at $2000.00 and personal property at $700.00. Their children, Everett F. and Margaret Fannie were listed as living with them. His children Harvey S., Winfield S., William B., George H., Joseph W. and Martha A. were also listed as living with them.5
