CLYDE M ANTONE

LINCOLN and PLANTATION 14 — Clyde Antone, 41, the husband of Elaine White Antone, died Aug. 23, 1980, at a Bangor hospital following a short illness. He was born at Plantation 14, the son of Clyde N. and Lousia Maker Antone. He was a member of tha Dennysvilla Congregational Church, belonged to tha Veterans of Foreign Wars in Mattawamkeag and was a very active member. Besides his wife of Lincoln, he is survived by six sons, Daniel, Michael, Robert, Wendell, Kenneth, and Edward all of Lincoln; two daughters, Wanda and Joannie both of Lincoln; three sisters Vivian Leighton Dennysville, Jean Pennell and Carolyn Dowing both of Whitneyville; several nieces ond nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held 2 pm Sunday at the Gardner Funeral Home, Machias ,with the Rev. Edward Randall officiating. Burial will be in Jocksonville Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home, Saturday 9 am - 9 pm.2

CLYDE M. ANTOINE

PITTSFIELD Clyde M. Antoine, 58, died April 18, at a local hospital after a long illness. He was born in Dennysville, Maine, May 26, 1913, the son of Sargent and Ruby Antoine. He had been a construction worker all of his life and spent the last eight years of his life in Pittsfield. He was previously a resident of Dennysville. He is survived by his wife, Doris Moore Antoine; one son, Clyde N. Antoine of Lincoln; three daughters, Mrs. Reid Vivian Leighton of Dennysville. Mrs. Nathan Jean Tennell of Whitneyville, and Miss Karen Antoine of Whitneyville; one brother, Carlton, of Cape Elizabeth; two sisters, Mrs. Vernon Alice Pettigrew, of Cherryfield, Maine, and Mrs, Madeline Ballis of Connecticut; ten grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p. m. at the Donald H. Shorey - Funeral Chapel in Pittsfield. Friends may call at the chapel Wednesday from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 8 p. m. Spring burial will be in the Pittsfield Village Cemetery.4
