John Hudson Gilman1

     John Hudson Gilman was born on 28 April 1801 at Gilmanton, New Hampshire.1

     John, at age 35, married Sarah Underwood Lovejoy at age 25, daughter of John Lovejoy and Mary Dolly Jennings, on 3 October 1836 at Sebec, Piscataquis, Maine.1

     John Hudson Gilman died on 7 July 1883 at Orono, Penobscot, Maine, at age 82.1 and was buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor, Penobscot, Maine.2
