     Seth, at age 24, married Lorana Studley at age 19 on 21 February 1832 at Maine.1,3

' Be it remembered that I, Seth Lee of Atkinson in the county of Piscataquis and State of Maine, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament. FIRST: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Loraine Lee, one half of all my household furniture, including beds, bedding and all other things usually included in house-hold furniture excepting the melodeon .* I also give and bequeath to my said wife the sum of six hundred dollars, to be paid to her in six annual payments in one, two, three, four, five and six years from from the time of my decease of one hundred dollars each with interest on each of said one hundred dollar payments, from the time of my decease. But, if instead of receiving said six hundred, my said wife may, if she elects so to do, receive the sum of one hundred dollars, and in addition thereto a support and maintenance on the farm in Atkinson where I now live, during her natural life, and said farm shall be _______ and subject to her control for that purpose. SECOND: I give and bequeath to my son Nehemiah Lee the sum of two hundred dollars. THIRD: I give and bequeath to my grandson Elmer _____, the sum of two hundred dollars to be paid to him when he arrives at the age of twenty-one years. FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my grandson Charlie Lee and Jinnie Lee(**), my grand daughter, the sum of one hundred dollars each to be paid to them when they arrive at the age of twenty one years. ie, each is to receive said sum when becoming twenty one years of age.      Seth S. Lee, son of Seth Lee and Lorana Studley, was born on 5 January 1851 at Maine.1,2

     Seth, at age 29, son of Seth Lee and Lorana Studley, married Emma A. Gould at age 23 on 4 March 1880.3,4

     Seth was documented by the Probate court as being insane and by reason of mental incapacity, incompetent to manage his estate. Emma petitioned for Gilman F. Gould of Dover be appointed as Guardian on 24 June 1909.5

     Seth S. Lee died on 17 November 1909 at Atkinson, Piscataquis, Maine, at age 58. He died from epilepsy. Dr. A. H. Stanhope, M. D., was the examiner. He was layed to rest at the North Atkinson cemetery, Atkinson, Maine6,7 and was buried at North Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson, Piscataquis, Maine.8
