     Sarah Elizabeth Lyford, daughter of Eleazer Lyford and Mary Ann Harriman, was born on 11 June 1850 at Sebec, Piscataquis, Maine.1,2

     Sarah, at age 23, daughter of Eleazer Lyford and Mary Ann Harriman, married Leonard W. Pratt at age 27, son of Noah Bicknell Pratt and Prudence Lavania Stedman, on 30 April 1874.1,3

     Sarah Elizabeth Lyford died on 16 March 1923 at age 72.1 and was buried at Dover Cemetery, Dover Foxcroft, Piscataquis, Maine.4

Mrs. Elizabeth S. Pratt

- Mrs. Elizabeth S. Pratt, widow of the late Leonard W. Pratt of Dover-Foxcroft, died Friday at the home of her son at 235 Elm street, Bangor, at the age of 72 years, nine months and five days.. Mrs. Pratt was born in Sebec and resldsd there for 50 years. She had lived in this city two and one-half years and during this short period made many friends, who will deeply mourn her loss. She was a member of the United Baptist church at Dover-Foxcroft, and the Philathea class of the Sunday School of this city. She was also a past noble grand of Winona Lodge of Rebekahs and a member of the C. S. Doughty Womans Relief Corps. Surviving to mourn her Ioss are seven sons, Adalbert M. and Percy I of Dover-Foxcroft,Harry W. and Eugene L of Eureka, Cal, Myron E. of Orono, and J. Bertram and Malcolm A. of Bangor. The funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 oclock In the United Baptist church at Dover-Foxcroft,7
