Mrs. James Tyre

Mrs. Eliza Cole Tyre, of the Germantown Manor Apartments, Apartments, Greene and Hortter sts., died Sunday in Abington Memorial Hospital. She was 94. Mrs. Tyre, the widow of James Tyre, formerly resided in Oak Lane for more than 50 years. She was a member of the Oak Lane Presbyterian Church and the Old York rd. chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by a son, J. Harris Tyre, of Elkins Park, and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph A. Mullen, of Germantown. Funeral services will be held at 1 P. M. tomorrow at Oliver H. Bair's, 1820 Chestnut st. Burial will be at Ivy Hill Cemetery.1
