     Susan and Edmund appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Oyster Bay, Queens, New York, enumerated 28 June 1870. Edmund was a blacksmith. Their children, Charles, Gertrude, Andrew and Clinton were listed as living with them.6

     Susan appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Brookville, Nassau, New York, at Main Road, enumerated 1910. The census indicated she had eleven children, with nine still living. Her daughter, Susan M. and granddaughter, Gertrude Catherine were listed as living with her.7

     Ida was on the "Drottningholm" passenger list on 14 March 1947, departing Göteborg, Sverige. She sailed to the Port of New York, arriving 24 Mar 1947.7

     Ida died on 3 March 1991, at Multnomah, Oregon, at age 85,8,4 and was buried at IOOF Cemetery and Mausoleum, Tillamook, Tillamook, Oregon.2

     Ida and Carl appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Kilchis, Tilamook, Oregon, at Roosvelt Highway, enumerated 14 April 1930. Carl was an operator at a dairy farm. There was an Olaf Johnsen, cousin, a cheese maker in the home. Carl's mother, Johanna was also in the home..9

     Ida and Carl appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Kilchis, Tilamook, Oregon, enumerated 23 April 1940. Carl was a farmer at home. They had a hired hand in their home. As an item of interest, a dollar in 1940 would equal $21.35 in the year 2022. A $3.50 gallon of milk in 2022 would have cost $.17 cents in 1940.10

     Ida and Carl appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Kilchis, Tilamook, Oregon, enumerated 17 April 1950. Carl was into farming. Ida was a junior high school teacher.11
