Margaret Ann Rood was born on 29 September 1834 at Danbury, Connecticut.^1,3

     As of 29 March 1854,her married name was Hazard.¹

     Margaret, at age 19, married Rowland Hazard at age 24, son of Rowland Gibson Hazard and Caroline Newbold, on 29 March 1854.¹

     Margaret died on 7 August 1895, at Narragansett Pier, at age 60,¹ and was buried at Oak Dell Cemetery, South Kingstown, Washington, Rhode Island.⁴

     Margaret Eliza Rood was born in June 1829 at Connecticut.¹

     Margaret died on 20 March 1832, at Fairfield, Danbury, Connecticut. At age 2,¹ and was buried at Wooster Cemetery, Danbury, Connecticut. The tree has grown around the headstone and appears to be lifting the headstone out of the ground.¹

     Theodore Anson Rood was born in 1835.¹

     Theodore died in August 1843, at Phildelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,¹ and was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Phildelphia, Pennsylvania.¹

     Esther Leontine Roos was born on 12 October 1893 at Sverige.¹

     Esther was listed on the "S. S. Mauretania" passenger list on 20 September 1913, departing Liverpool, England. She arrived at the Port of New York 26 Sep 1913. Her occupation was listed as a servant. She was described as 5' 5", fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes.²

     Her married name was Enquist.^1,3

     Esther married Ernest T. Enquist in 1916, at New Jersey.^1,3

     Esther applied for a passport on 28 March 1921, Her passport was issued 31 Mar 1921.⁴ She witnessed the death of Esther Leontine Roos on 18 June 1928 at Essex, New Jersey,¹ and was buried at Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Montclair, Essex, New Jersey.¹

     Florence Elizabeth Roseen, daughter of Joseph Ferdinand Valentine Roseen and Elisabeth Johanna Jansdotter, was born on 2 October 1909 at Illinois.¹
