     Zachariah Gurney Jr., son of Lieut. Zechariah Gurney and Mary Ames, was born on 11 July 1762 at Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.3,4

     Zachariah, at age 21, son of Lieut. Zechariah Gurney and Mary Ames, married Matilda Packard, daughter of William Packard, on 30 September 1783 at Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.1,5

     Zachariah died on 12 January 1846 at Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts, at age 83.6 and was buried at Melrose Cemetery, Brockton, Plymouth, Massachusetts.6

     Lieut. Zechariah Gurney, son of Zachariah Gurney and Sarah Jackson, was born on 7 March 1728/29 at Weymouth, Norfolk, Massachusetts.4

     Zechariah, at age 24, son of Zachariah Gurney and Sarah Jackson, married Mary Ames at age 30, daughter of David Ames and Mary Reynolds, on 9 January 1754 at Bridgewater, Plymouth, Massachusetts.4,5

     Zechariah died on 9 June 1813 at Brockton, Plymouth, Massachusetts, at age 84. He was a Lieut. in the Revolutionary War4,6 and was buried at Melrose Cemetery, Brockton, Plymouth, Massachusetts.7
