     Abraham died on 4 September 1908, at Mill Lane & E 56th St, Flatlands, Kings, New York, at age 83, His cause of death was listed as Acute "Dysentery and Asthenia"..5 He was buried at Flatlands Dutch Reformed Church Cemetery, Brooklyn, Kings, New York.6

     Abraham and Henrietta appeared on the 1892 New York Census of Flatlands, Kings, New York, enumerated 16 February 1892. Abraham was working as a fisherman..9

     Abraham appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Brooklyn, Kings, New York, enumerated 11 June 1900. Abrahan was an oysterman. His son, Remsen was listed as living with him. Wilbur, and his wife, Mary were also in the home. Finally, Albert, his wife, Ida, and their children, Louise, Henrietta and Mildred were listed as living with them.10

ABRAHAM WANSER-

Abraham Wanser died at his home, Mill lane and East Eighty-sixth street, in his 86th year. He was born in Freeport L. I., and settled in Flatlands sixty years ago. He was one of the oldest fishermen on Jamaica Bay, and leaves four sons - Richard, Albert, Remsen and William. The funeral services will be held at his late home this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, and the burial will be in the Flatlands Cemetery.
WANSER - At Flatlands L.I., on Friday, September 4, 1908, ABRAHAM WANSER in his 85th year. Funeral from his late residence, Mill lane and East Sixty-fifth st., Flatlands, Brooklyn, on Sunday, September 6, at 1:30 P. M.11
