Rolfe Janse Schenck, husband of Ghesye Hendrickson
     Roelof Schenck, son of Jan Schenck and Sara Willemse Van Couwenhoven, was born on 21 February 1692 at Monmouth, New Jersey.2

     Roelof married Ghesye Hendrickson, daughter of Daniel Hendrickson and Catharine Van Dyke.1

     Roelof Schenck left a will on 10 April 1765; His Will was proved March 03 1766 and recorded in Book 1 of Wills, page 93, at Trenton, New Jersey. He bequeaths 280 pounds to the six children of his daughter Catharine by her two husbands. They are named in this Will as Simon De Hart, Geesie De Hart, Jacob, Ruliff, Mary and John Couwenhoven.3

     Roelof died on 19 January 1766, at age 73,3 and was buried at Schenck-Couwenhoven Cemetery, Holmdel, Monmouth, New Jersey.4
