     Harriet A. Suydam, daughter of John Pratt Suydam and Mary Anna Anderson, was born on 2 December 1913.

     Her married name was Wilkinson.2

     Harriet married Grant W. Wilkinson.2

     Harriet died on 3 January 2006, at age 92,3 and was buried at Lakeside Cemetery, Liberty, Illinois.4

Harriet A. Wilkinson of Libertyville Visitation for Harriet A. Wilkinson, 92, formerly of Zion and Waukegan, will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home Ltd., 120 W. Park Ave. (Route 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.), Libertyville. Interment will follow in Lakeside Cemetery. Born Dec. 2, 1913, in Libertyville, she passed away Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006, at Libertyville Manor. Harriet was a former employee of the U.S. Employment Office in Chicago and the Social Security Administration in Waukegan. Surviving are her nephew, Kenneth Southorn of Egan, Wis; great-nephews, Craig (Nancy) Southorn of Plymouth, Minn., and Todd (Sandy) Southorn of Farmington, Minn; great-great-nieces and -nephews, David, Patrick, Sarah, Anthony and Kimberly; cousins, Beverly (Kenneth) Schar, Rodney Johnson and Lucy (the late Bob) Holman, all of Libertyville, Jack (the late Miriam) Peaco of Springfield, Mo., and Roger Knigge of Orland Park, Ill; and several loving second cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Suydam; her husband, Grant Wilkinson; her sister, Evelyn Southorn; her brother, Everett Suydam; and cousin, Pearl Knigge. Their children, Frederick, Edwin and Edna L. and Harriet's daughter, Daisy were listed as living with them. As an item of interest, a dollar in 1940 would equal $16.26 in the year 2012. A $3.50 gallon of milk in 2012 would have cost $.21 cents in 1940.14
