Mrs. Annie Crowther Ward

Mrs. Annie Crowther Ward, 87, of Dunedin, Fla., died Sept. 23 at a local Dexter Hospital while in town visiting friends. She was born March 5, 1884 at Blackburn England, the daughter of Timothy and Sarah (Wallbank) Crowther. She attended Dexter schools. She was a registered nurse and a member of the former Dexter Congregational Church. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Philip Mayo of Dunedin, Fla., with whom she lived; one sister, Mrs. Christabel Folsom of St. Petersburg, Fla. Services were held Saturday at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. Robert W. Sterling of the First Universalist Church officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.7
