     Geertje Simon Van Arsdalen, daughter of Simon Jans Van Arsdalen, was born circa 1659 at New Amersfoort (Flatlands), New York.1

     Geertje married Cornelius Pieterse Wyckoff, son of Pieter Claesen Wyckoff and Grietje Cornelise Van Ness, on 13 October 1678, at New Utrecht, Kings, New York.3,4

     Her married name was Wyckoff.3

     Geertje died in 1730.3

     Hendrick married Jane Ditmars.1

     Hendrick married Mary Terhune Cortelyou in 1788, Marriage contract with
second wife was recorded Apr. 18, 1808, but date was Aug. 12, 1788
(Som. Deeds, Book B, p. 160).1

     Hendrick died on 21 January 1811, at age 81.1

Isaac Vaan Arsdalen, husband of Margaret Strycker
     Isaac Van Arsdalen, son of Philip Van Arsdalen and Jannetje Van Dyke, was born on 20 March 1734.2

     Isaac married Margaret Strycker, daughter of Abraham Strycker.3 Isaac Van Arsdalen witnessed the death of Isaac Van Arsdalen on 26 July 17762 and was buried at Bedminster Reformed Church Cemetery, Bedminster, Somerset, New Jersey. The headstone reads:
Here lies the body of Isaac Van Arsdalen who departed this life July 22(?), 1776. Aged 42 years, and 4 months. Hark from thy tomb a doleful sound, Mine ears, attend the cry, You living men, come view the ground, Where ye must shortly lie. So passes the Glory of this World.4


     His estate was probated His will of July 23, 1770 was probated Aug. 18, 1776. (Trenton Wills, Book 17, p. 381).2
