     Ellen Reid, daughter of Andrew Reid and Fannie Brooke Gwathmey, was born in 1860.2

     Ellen married Rev. Henry Van Dyke D. D., son of Rev. Henry Jackson Van Dyke D. D. and Henrietta Ashmead, on 13 December 1881.1

     Her married name was Van Dyke.1

     Ellen died in 1935,2 and was buried at Princeton Cemetery, Princeton, Mercer, New Jersey.2

Additionally, he had six servants in his household. Their children, Fanny Brooke, Henry J., Dorothea, Elaine and Paula were listed as living with them.3

     Ellen and Henry appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Princeton, Mercer, New Jersey, enumerated 18 April 1910. Henry was a professor at a university. They had five servants working for them Their children, Henry J., Dorothea, Elaine, Paula and Katrina Trask were listed as living with them..4
