     John Denyse, son of Isaac Denyse and Magdalen Van Nyse, was born on 16 October 1808.1

     John married Cornelia M. Fountain on 9 December 1835.1

     John died on 28 September 1891, at age 82.1

     Anne and Evald appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Chicago, Cook, Illinois, at Lavergen Avenue, enumerated 3 April 1940. Evald was renting, paying $10.00 per month. He was working at a typewriter rebuilding industry. Anne was a receptionsist Their children, Norva J. were listed as living with them. As an item of interest, a dollar in 1940 would equal $21.35 in the year 2022. A $3.50 gallon of milk in 2022 would have cost $.17 cents in 1940.4
