     Arthur Edwin Stjernstrom was born on 9 January 1901 at Kvibille, Halland, Sverige.1

     Arthur was found on the "S. S. Gripsholm" passenger list on 5 October 1929, departing Göteborg, Sverige. He was listed as a general mechanic. He was described as 5' 10", fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. Arthur arrived at the Port of New York, 15 October 1929.2

     Arthur married Anna Sandin, daughter of August Sandin and Märta Persdotter, on 27 November 1931, at Cuyahoga, Ohio. By Rev. H. F. Deller.3

     Arthur died on 16 July 1991, at Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio, at age 90.4
