EUGENE ROCHAT

ST. MARIES, Idaho, Jan. 21. Eugene Rochat, 80, died Tuesday at the Swiss settlement east of St. Maries. He was born at St. Paul, Minn. He had lived in this vicinity 36 years. The funeral was held today, with burial here.4

The Walla Walla Union lias the following notice of the marriage of Miss Helene Delepine, a former Pullman girl: M. William Rochat, of Coeur d' Alene, and Miss Helene Delepine, youngest daughter of Mrs. Harriette Delepine, of France, were united in marriage at eight o'clock last night at the meeting place of their religious society, 353 Park street, Judge Thomas H. Brents officiating. "It was a quiet, simple wedding, only members of the congregation and relatives being present. The bride has lived in Walla Walla for some time, and is well known as a young lady of splendid character and attainments. She has held important positions at the state agricultural college at Pullman and in St. Paul's school in this city. Mr. Rochat is a well to-do land owner and cattle man in the Coeur d' Alenee, and is highly respected by all who know him. The young couple left immediately after the ceremony for their new home.2

MR. WILLIAM ROCHAT

Funeral services for William Rochat of 1112 North 3rd Ave., Lake Worth, who died at his home Sunday after a long illness, will be held at Scobee Funeral Home at 5 o'clock this afternoon. James Harrison Smith of Pasadena, Calif., relative of the deceased, will officiate. Mr. Rochat was a farmer and railroad man and a resident of Florida for the past five years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Helen D. Rochat; two sons, Al D., of Idaho, and Don of Washington State, and two daughters, Mrs. J. H. Smith of Pasadena and Mrs. S. Coolin of Spokane, Wash. Arrangements have been made for cremation at Miami.4
